K. D. Yoder and associates installed vinyl siding and trim on our house recently. The estimate was very fair and the crew did an excellent job. They were very attentive to detail and the finished product looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone!

K.D. Yoder's work was outstanding. They replaced cedar boards on our house that had been badly damaged by woodpeckers. They fitted us into their schedule very quickly. Their project manager provided us with a detailed quote for the job. Their workers were careful and thorough. When two areas around outdoor lighting fixtures were not trimmed as agreed upon, we contacted them and they made it right within 24 hrs. Impressive. In addition, Mr. Warren Gifford was helpful and patient when we asked many questions. We absolutely recommend K.D. Yoder and we will give them our return business.

I was looking for someone to do a repair and replacement to some damaged cedar siding on our house. K.D. Yoder is by far the best company we have hired for any home improvement project. We needed some boards and a door replaced on our back porch. They came quickly, gave us a very detailed estimate, and worked with us to adjust it based on our needs. They did the work, and it seems to be done very well and carefully. There were some unexpected issues that arose during the process (e.g., a board with water damage beneath a board they were replacing), and they explained each one to us, and came up with a plan to address it. They gave cost-conscious recommendations. They listened to our questions and concerns and provided good and thoughtful answers. I highly recommend them!
